    It felt awkward, sitting in front of Hyuna after so long. Seungri didn’t like anything that involved him feeling awkward. He’d been thinking of ways to possibly ease the tension between them as he soundlessly tapped his fingertips against the warm thermos in his hands. Should he bring up their sexy dances? Should he drop on one knee and serenade her like before? At the click of her tongue he looked up abruptly, a slow smile appearing. This he could work with. 

    “Christmas? Focus on my birthday instead! I don’t like fused gifts, please get me one for each.. but if we’re talking Christmas,” he pursed his lips in thought for a moment. “I was close to taking one of my hyung’s cards to buy that little blender thing that makes shakes… I don’t need it but I want it.” 

           The thought of awkwardness was not one he shared alone. It practically radiated from every pore on her body. Which was honestly, very weird. She was used to being awkward around people she didn’t know, but Seungri was someone she knew well enough. Maybe it was the length of time, as she let her eyes roll up to the ceiling in an innocent expression of pure thought and nervousness. Once he spoke, she relaxed her glance to him and her shoulders sagged ever so slightly, tension flooding out of them.

           "Yes, Christmas.” She reiterated, before laughing. “Yah! You only get one or the other.” There was a joke on her tongue and in her tone, though birthday was probably going to be something she’d rather buy for him. “So.. you have a very strong desire for this blender thing.” There was a click of her tongue. “Mh. I’ll tell my friend, you know I couldn’t be the one wanting to buy something for you for Christmas. Never ever.” This time, she was just teasing.
