“I think I’m a little odd: I can sleep through natural disasters, but it’s really easy to wake me up by doing something like walking into my room and turning on the light.” He went through enough instances of when people would make entirely too much noise and fail to wake him up, then turn on the light and have him bolt straight up. There was agreement in his eyes, when it came to running through several emotions in short amounts of time, but the idea left him the moment she began to laugh, causing him to rub sheepishly at the nape of his neck and shrug. “I’m told I’m stronger than I look, yeah; but, she’s pretty light, really— and I probably was doomed from the beginning, but she’s nice to be around, outside of moments like that, so I suppose it’s okay?” In truth, he’d dealt with much worse, a lot of which he had no choice but to take, so something such as this wasn’t as bad as he probably made it seem - just more surprising(when he didn’t have to live with it) than anything else.
With that, Hyuna smiled. It sounded all too familar, in honesty. “Ah! I do the same thing. You know- if I’m resting my head on a nice chest, I can sleep for days and years without even moving. But sleeping myself and a simple light going on will scare me straight awake and then I’m up for the rest of the day.” There was a sigh passing her lips, as she reached up with slim fingers to push her hair back. “It’s terrible, to be able to do both but having no idea what you’ll be doing that night. Sleep of the dead, or sleep.. that really isn’t sleep.” Her nose scrunched slightly in distaste at the idea of not being able to sleep properly, cause she has much as anyone else, loved her sleep dearly. If she could marry it she would. “Ah, really? You know how many times I’ve heard that and then they make a fool of themselves.” She teased, really, because there was a playful smile on her face. “As long as that doesn’t happen every day, I don’t see why she wouldn’t be a joy to be around. She’s..well- at least she keeps you on your toes, right?” There was a slight turn of her head, accompanied with a small raise of her eyebrows while the same smile played on her lips.
